Massage Therapy

Welcome and happy Yellowstone 2023! The ZB/massage studio is back up and running after pandemics and floods and all the general mayhem of the last few years. .  ZB?? Whaaaat? Zero Balancing.   It's my favorite modality - very deep yet gentle and super effective, and I am the first certified practitioner in WY. Woohoo! Yellowstone pioneer!  Read all about it at  https://www.zerobalancing.com/about .

What I Offer:

Zero Balancing: I highly recommend Zero Balancing (ZB). Over a previous winter I had an opportunity of introducing ZB to a massage therapist who has been in practice for over 30 years.  She wanted to try it, although it hadn't been a modality that sounded especially interesting to her. At the end of our session, she sat up and smiled and said "I feel the most deeply relaxed I have ever felt." ZB is great for all joint issues, emotional and spiritual issues,  and I have found amazing results in freeing up super tight shoulders and necks,as well as fully relieving pain in ankles and low back.   It is a fully clothed modality - you should wear comfortable clothing that is not binding (blue jeans are not ideal).

Therapeutic Massage: If you are suffering from pain in a particular region, you might want to have a standard full body or partial body massage. In my practice, I use a lot of trigger point therapy (finding little spots of congestion within a muscle that can allow the release of muscular tension in a larger area), fascial unwinding, shiatsu techniques, accupressure, swedish massage, passive stretching -- whatever seems needed to release.  Standard massage uses lotion on skin and careful draping to provide privacy for the client. Most people choose to disrobe fully or to underwear. You will be covered at all times.

As always, I am offering discounted appointments for fellow Yellowstone employees. My rates are $50 for a ZB (Zero Balancing) session, or a bundle of 3 at a special rate of $120.  $70 per hour for standard massage and $10 per each additional 15 minutes. Please note that a full ZB session is dictated by your needs - not the clock.  ZB sessions can sometimes be less than an hour long.

Please drop me an email, text, note on my door, catch me in the EDR or between songs at the Inn/Snow Lodge to set up an appointment.  I look forward to working with you!
